With a wealth of experience in wellness and sustainability for commercial real estate, I’ve assessed and successfully certified over 50 refurbishment and fit-out projects pursuing Fitwel, SKA, and BREEAM across various RIBA stages.
Recognizing the need for flexible and cost-effective assessment methods, I launched Welscape to offer accessible certification solutions that not only improve environmental, social, and governance (ESG) credentials, but also serve as benchmarks across property portfolios.
